Safety (non-negotiable)

LIVE never auto-arms

You must set mode LIVE and pass boot flags. SIM is the default everywhere.

You hold the keeper

User-hosted process or encrypted seal on your host — we never custody principal.

Kill switches

Pause tenant, unbind keeper, stop the process, empty gas wallet, or create data/PAUSE.
