Privacy policy

The short version

The free tools — the LP Advisor, the PnL checker, and the Check tab in the mobile app — run entirely on your own device. When you paste a wallet address, your browser or phone talks directly to Meteora's public API. That address is never sent to our servers, never logged, and never stored. We could not tell you which wallets have been checked, because we do not know.

We never ask you to connect a wallet, we never request a private key or seed phrase, and we never take custody of your funds.

What we do collect

• Waitlist email — only if you type one into the form. It is stored so we can tell you when the product opens up, and used for nothing else. Ask and we delete it.
• Telegram alerts bot — if you choose to use it, we store your Telegram chat ID and the wallet addresses you ask us to watch, because watching them 24/7 is the entire service. We also keep a per-position state record so we only alert you on changes. Sending /stop deletes your subscriptions and those records.
• Subscription payments — we store a payment reference, amount, and status so the subscription can activate automatically. Payment happens on the Solana blockchain, which is public by design. We do not see or handle card details, because there are none.
• Error counts — when a tool fails, the app reports the category of error (for example "rate limited") and nothing else. No wallet address, no message content. It exists so we can find out something is broken without watching you.
• Standard web logs — our host, Cloudflare, processes ordinary request data such as IP address for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

What we never collect

• Private keys or seed phrases. We have no feature that could use one.
• Wallet addresses typed into the free analysis tools.
• Names, dates of birth, government IDs, or payment card details.
• Third-party advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers. There are no ad SDKs.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. A small number of infrastructure providers necessarily process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting), Telegram (if you use the bot), and Resend (only if you gave us an email, and only to send you that email). Public blockchain data is read from Meteora's API and Solana RPC providers.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them or the waitlist ends. Bot subscriptions until you send /stop. Payment records for as long as needed for accounting and refunds. Error counters are automatically discarded after 45 days.

Your choices

You can use every free tool without giving us anything at all. If you have given us an email or used the bot, message @RangeKeeperAlertsbot or write to [email protected] and ask for your data to be deleted — we will do it and confirm.

Children

RangeKeeper is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note it on the site. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
